We had three rooms booked through membership of the roseate. We are so glad that we have taken the membership and we will be renewing the membership for sure, 💯 We have stayed in roseate house before but the services here are just next level. People are so very much polite. Shout-out to heena, the manger here she blocked the room together as requested. The amount of attention we have received from her can't be described in words. I am writing this review as an appreciation post for her, she arranged the tambola session with free tea coffee and wonderful gifts. She doesn't feel like a hotel staff but more like a family member who is ready to welcome everyone. The welcoming nature and smile on her face seems like true hospitality. She treated us really well I mean it's beyond words. I will say I will renew my membership mainly because of her. Well trained staff and just perfect. The restaurant service is nice. We got a free dessert in the restaurant for tambola and a cake!!! Thank you once again Hina mamm

Excellent hospitality, especially by Mr. Yuvraj. Had a pleasant stay. We also taken the botanical tour, that was really amazing, once thanks Yuvraj and sumit for the bubble bath setup in our room. Will surely recommend this to family and friends.

The ambience, the hospitality, the vibe… loved it! The spa was very very relaxing! Heena and others at the hotel really made us feel the most comfortable we have been in a while! Perfect get away when u want to leave the city behind but don’t want to travel too far! 10/10 recommended for couples!
